Raymond Nicholaus Wigenge is a Food Safety Consultant and retired public servant, based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. He holds a Master’s Degree in Food Science and Technology from Ghent University, Belgium, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He has knowledge and experience in Training HACCP .
With extensive experience in Food Processing, Food Safety and Quality Assurance, Food Microbiology and Food Safety Regulations and Standards, and Project Management, Mr. Wigenge continues to provide food safety consultancy services.
