Grace Makala is a Food Science graduate and currently a student at Uludag University in Turkey. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Technology from Sokoine University of Agriculture.
She has professional training in Food Safety Management Systems and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), with a strong interest in Food Processing. Her undergraduate research focused on the production of a fruit-based baobab beverage enriched with plant extracts, reflecting TAFST’s emphasis on innovation, indigenous resources, and value-added food product development
