Kelvin E. Vulla is an Assistant Lecturer affiliated with the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM). He holds a Master’s Degree in Food Science and Biotechnology from the Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology (NM-AIST).
His academic and professional interests include Food Safety and Quality Assurance, Human and Animal Nutrition, Nutritional Modelling, Research and Development, Applied Food Chemistry, and Food Product Development. Mr. Vulla is committed to training future food science professionals and contributing to evidence-based solutions that support food security and nutrition—core pillars of TAFST’s strategic objectives
