Shadrack Cherestino Luhwago is a Nutrition Officer with the Ministry of Health, stationed in Dodoma, Tanzania. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Technology from Sokoine University of Agriculture.
He is trained in HACCP and Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) Version 5.1, with expertise in Food Processing, Food Safety and Quality Assurance, Nutrition, Microbiology and Biotechnology, and Product Development. His work supports national nutrition and food safety programs, aligning closely with TAFST’s mandate to protect consumer health and improve food system resilience.
