Saimon Ndenje is a dedicated food science and technology professional with strong expertise in food safety, quality assurance, and food processing systems. He holds a Bachelor Degree from the University of Dar es Salaam and has built a solid career supporting both local and international food companies through technical excellence and compliance leadership.

As a Lead Auditor in food safety and quality management systems, Saimon specializes in evaluating and improving organizational compliance with internationally recognized standards, particularly FSSC 22000:2018 Version 6. His professional expertise spans food processing, food safety and quality assurance, research and development, packaging technology, and food regulations and standards, making him a versatile and highly skilled professional in the food industry.

Currently associated with A. Rolfes in Germany, Saimon has gained diverse experience working with multicultural teams and global food industry practices. His role focuses on strengthening food safety systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continual improvement initiatives that enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Saimon serves as an Executive Committee (ExCom) Member of the Tanzania Food Science and Technology Association (TAFST), where he contributes to advancing professional collaboration, scientific knowledge exchange, and development initiatives within the food science sector. Through this leadership role, he supports efforts to strengthen food science and technology practices in Tanzania and beyond.

Known for being results-oriented, committed, and analytical, Saimon brings a practical approach to food safety leadership. His dedication to excellence and passion for advancing food industry standards continue to make him a valuable contributor to both organizational success and the broader food science community.
